Drawing Wallet Giveaway

The first post and first giveaway on the new blog!
As you can no longer do simple giveaways via facebook it has forced my hand and I have set up a blog for the business, something I have been meaning to do for a while so a positive thing and a job crossed off my ever growing to-do list....but now the list has 'edit new blog' tacked onto the bottom of it.



This is a prototype of my new drawing wallet, I was testing how the pattern sizes worked in real life and thought it would be nice to give it away.
There are 8 slots for crayons, chunky or 2 standard crayola types fit. There is also a little pocket for paper. I will include some paper and they are hole punched in the corner and tied with a piece of ribbon so they stay together or can be ripped off easily.
These are perfect as gifts or keep one in your bag for those potentially stressful  moments in waiting rooms or cafes/restaurants/pubs when children need something to do, draw or play a game of hangman!

    Welcome to the world of business blogs!! I've just started mine up too, so will be watching with the replies with interest. Love the drawing wallet by the way! I'm approaching my blog as a consolidating exercise, as I am spread out all over the place, and everyone can access a blog, whereas not everyone is on twitter or facebook.

    I've been toying with the idea of a blog for my business myself, but I find I forget about my personal one for weeks on end, never mind having two to post on, tehehe!
    I love to see photos of people's finished projects though. Always so inspiring for both creating and shopping ;)

    I would love to be entered for the give away please. My DD (4) has ASD and we're always looking for ways to keep her occupied out and about!

    I love to read about prototypes so maybe customers can post ideas about how to tweak a product idea so that it really works for them.

    ooh, lovely! As for business blogs. I like to see WIP's and I like them to have a touch of personal about them. We're all a bit nosey by nature so it's nice to see a bit of a WAHM's life (in a non-stalker-ish way of course!)

Top 10 Tips for Festivals with Children

With my last big festival of the year approaching next week I thought I'd let people know my Top 10 Tips for doing Festivals with children. Tip 1 - Ear defenders are a must even if you aren't right down at the front their ears need protecting, we personally use the Edz Kidz  ones. Had a drizzly day at Heartlands fair but met some lovely people. Here is a preview of some new things due to go on the shop tomorrow. There may be more but that's all I have photographed right now, I tend to go into a sewing frenzy for a few days before a fair so I've got new stuff for people to look at.
