I have decided to go through the testing process so that my Mini Mei Tai's are in future CE certified. I know that many people make them and aren't bothered about CE certification but I have to say I have been looking at it for a while and I think I either need to do it or stop making them. CE marking means that the product has been assessed and meets EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements. EN71 is the EU standard required for toy safety.
The MMT competition for the Gnome MMT has been planned for sometime so I am going to go ahead with it while CE testing is carried out for future MMT's . The fabrics on this MMT are tested to CSPIA requirements which is a US standard.
I am now looking into hosting this on one of those Facebook app thingymejigs if I can get my brain round them.
